The HookHatch TikTok integration allows you to authenticate with TikTok and publish videos via TikTok’s APIs using the scopes user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.publish. You must also comply with TikTok’s Terms, Community Guidelines, and Developer Policies.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; no spam or platform manipulation.
• No reverse‑engineering or circumvention of rate limits or security.
• Respect intellectual property and the rights of others.

4. Content & Licenses

You retain rights to your content. You grant HookHatch a limited, non‑exclusive license to process and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the service.

5. Privacy

Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Third‑Party Services

TikTok and other third‑party services are governed by their own terms and policies; we are not responsible for their actions.

7. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Where required, we will provide notice.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HookHatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenues.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold HookHatch harmless from claims arising from your use or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable EU/NL laws, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
