User Data Deletion

To request deletion of your HookHatch‑processed data (OAuth tokens, uploads, logs tied to your account), email us at davevanwijk91@gmail.com from the same address associated with your account. We will verify and delete eligible data without undue delay.

What we delete

• OAuth tokens and account links (immediately upon disconnect).
• Temporary uploads and related metadata kept for processing (retained max 30 days).
• Operational logs as they reach end of retention (see Privacy Policy).

How to revoke TikTok access

1. Open the TikTok app → Settings → Apps & Permissions.
2. Find “HookHatch” and tap “Remove access”.
3. We also honor deletion via email if you cannot access your TikTok account.

Deleting your data on HookHatch does not delete content or data stored on TikTok. Manage your TikTok account within TikTok per their policies.
